Buying Process

Step 1 – Register your criteria

Step 2 – Look at some property details and arrange some viewings

Once you’ve registered we can start sending you properties that match your criteria. If you like one or several properties please feel free to call us so that we can arrange for you to see the property at the earliest convenient time.

When you have finished viewing properties we will contact you to get feedback for our vendors. This is an important part of the process even if it’s not the property for you as it will help us to improve our service.

Step 3 – Making an offer

Making an offer couldn’t be simpler. Just call us on 0800 124 4291 and tell us which property you like and how much you want to offer. As soon as we receive your offer we’ll forward it to the seller, both verbally and in writing. There are no legal obligations on either side until contracts are signed.

Step 4 – Legal, searches & surveys

Step 5 – Exchange & complete contracts

When contracts are signed and the monies are sent to the sellers account you will become the legal owner of your new home. Usually you can arrange to pick up your keys from us on the same day as completion.
