Step 1 – Register your criteria

Step 2 – Look at some property details and arrange some viewings

Once you’ve registered we can start sending you properties that match your criteria. If you like one or several properties please feel free to call us so that we can arrange for you to see the property at the earliest convenient time.

When you have finished viewing properties we will contact you to get feedback for our landlords. This is an important part of the process even if it’s not the property for you as it will help us to improve our service

Step 3 – Tenancy agreement & inventory

Once you have selected which property you would like to rent. You will need to provide us with details of referees and references. If the landlord agrees to proceed we will draw up the relevant paperwork ready to be signed by both parties. A current inventory of the contents and condition of the property will be produced and this will be supplied to both landlord and tenant prior to moving in.

Step 4 – Rent and deposit

An advanced rental payment is required prior to commencement of the tenancy. A rental deposit is also required from the tenant. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the rules of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check out report. As per recent legislation, where relevant, your deposit will be held by a third party as part of the TDPS (Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme)

Step 5 – Exchange & complete contracts

When contracts are signed and deposits are paid you will become the legal tenant of your new home. Usually you can arrange to pick up your keys from us on the same day as completion.
